Our services are designed to supplement, not replace, the relationship between you and your healthcare providers.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or having thoughts of self-harm, please:

  • Go to your nearest emergency room

SupportU is not an emergency service and should not be used in crisis situations requiring immediate intervention.
